How to close raise ticket?
- Go to the support ticket dashboard.
- Click specific Sno.
- To open the conversation dashboard
- Click on three dots.
- Click on Close.
- You will be asked to confirm your action in the pop-up that follows.
- Click on the Confirm button to complete this action.
